Dear Mrs Johnson,

    I am writing to bring to your attention a matter that has been causing significant disturbance and inconvenience in my daily life. The noise generated by my neighbors in the apartment next to mine has become increasingly unbearable. The noise disturbances occur at all hours of the day, including late evenings and early mornings. It includes loud conversations, frequent parties, and even excessive banging on the walls. As a result, I am experiencing difficulty in getting proper sleep, which has affected my overall well-being and productivity.

    In my attempts to address the issue, I have tried engaging in polite conversations with my neighbors, requesting them to keep the noise down. However, my efforts have been met with little to no improvement. I have also resorted to using earplugs, but they only offer limited relief and are not a sustainable solution.

    Therefore, I kindly request you to take appropriate action to resolve this matter. It is essential that you address the noise issue with my neighbors, either by talking to them directly or sending a formal notice regarding the disturbance caused. I believe that your intervention will help maintain a peaceful living environment for all tenants in the building.
